PURPOSE This procedure provides actions to be taken in the event of a failure of all charging pumps.

ENTRY CONDITIONS 1)
Charging pump Auto Trip /overcurrent MB3A 5-9 2)
Charging pump flow HI/LO MB3A 4-9 3)
Pressurizer level deviation MB4A 4-1 4)
Pressurizer level lo heaters off MB4A 5-1 and letdown secure nU 9

U STEP ACTION / EXPECTED RESPONSE RESPONSE NOT QeTAINED CAUTION RPCCW pumps must be running to provide seal cooling.
1 Verify at least one charging START a charging pump.
If pump is running, unable to START a charging pump prior to losing pressurizer level below 5%,
THEN go to Step 3.
