PURPOSE This procedure provides actions to respond to a high pressurizer level.

2 CHECK IF CIIARGING FLOW HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED:
- a. Check charging pumps -
- a. Perform the following:
AT LEAST ONE RUNNING (STOP ONE PUMP IF DVO
IE CCW flow to RCP thermal barriers b'QI established, THEN close RCP seal water supply valves CH V 345A thmugh CH V 354D.
- 2. Start one charging pump.
- b. Check containment instrument
- b. Start one containment instrument air pressure -
air compressor to establish GREATTIR THAN 118 PSIO instrument air pressure.
- c. Check charging flow -
- c. Perform the following:

3 CHECK LETDOWN IN SERVICE ESTABLISH LETDOWN.

IE LETDOWN CAN b'QI BE ESTABLISHED AM2 CONTALNhtENT PRESSURE IS LESS THAN 5 PSIG, IHEN ESTABLISH ALTERNATE LETDOWN BY PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING:
- 1. Reset Containment HCP WL Relays.
- 2. Open DH TV 1841, drain header trip valve.
- 3. Reset solenoid in blowdown room for drain header trip valve, DH TV 1847.
- 4. Line up drain header to VCT:
- a. Close DH V-408, drain header to PDT.
- 5. Close breaker for DH htOV 310.
- 6. Open one loop drain htOV.
- 7. Throttle DH htOV 310 to maintain PRZR level, i
4 CHECK IF RCP SEAL Wall!R STOP AFFECED RCP(s).

CHECK PRZR PRESSURE:
- a. Check pressure -
- a. Verify at least one PRZR PORV and LESS THAN 2350 PS!G its block valve are open.
IE EQIverified, TilEN o xn one PRZR PORV and its block va ve as necessary until PRZR pressure is less than 2350 PSIG.
- b. Check pressure -
- b. Control charging and letdovm flow LESS THAN 2030 PSIG as necessary to maintain PRZR pressure less than 2030 PSIG.
