MOTION BY SUSAN CARTER AND TOLEDO COALITION FOR SAFE ENERGY FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME IN WHICil TO PREFILE TESTIMONY Now come Susan Carter and Toledo Coalitial for Safe Energy, Intervenors herein, by and through counsel,and move the Commission for an enlargement of twenty-one (21) days in which time to assemble and prefile testimony with the Commission for hearing.

Intervenors state that by order dated June 11, 1986, the Administrative Law Judge postponed the hearings on the radioactive sludge issue indefinitely.

Presently, the date for filing by Intervenors of prefiled testimony is June 19, 1986.

These Intervenors state that no party would be prejudiced by the granting of an additional 21 days in which time to deposit prefiled testimony with the Commission and the parties. These Intervenors represent that they are in good faith working with one expert witness to prepare such testimony, but that due to the complexity and novelty of the circumstances of this case, that additional time is required.

WHEREFORE, Susan Carter and the Toledo Coalition respectfully pray for an enlargement of 21 days for filing of direct testimony in this matter.
