The Toledo Edison Company has received a copy of a letter dated April 10, 1986, from the League of Ohio Sportsmen to NRC Docketing and Service. The letter encloses "for [the NRC's]

review" a resolution addressing the burial of very low level radioactive waste at the Davis-Besse site.

The letter does not request leave to intervene. It contains no demonstration that the League of Ohio Sportsmen has 8604280071 860423
