APPROVAL TO DISPOSE OF RYPRODUCT MATERIAL By letter dated July 14, 1983 (No. 972) Toledo Edison Company requested approval to dispose of dredgings from the on-site settling basins on company-owned land. The request, made pursuant to 10 CFR 20.302, was supplemented with additional information submitted on July 30, 1984 (No. 1065) and January 29, 1985 (No. 1118).

The Commission has reviewed this reauest and has determined that the proposed method for disposal of the contaminated dredgings is acceptable; therefore, your request is approved.

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 51, the Commission has caused to be published in the FEDERAL PEGISTER the enclosed "Environtrental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact" (50 FR 4126$).
