One of several unresolved questions is whether or not there will be a sufficient number of staff willing to remain and supervise students if ,

protective actions are required during a developing radiological emergency.

A subconunittee of the citizens task force and representatives of the Roberts Education Association have worked cooperatively to construct the attached survey to determine the willingness of staff to provide necessary student '

supervision during an emergency situation.

Please conglete this survey as thoughtfully as possible to assist the  ;

citizens task force in the development of the most appropriate Radiological

! Emergency Response Plan. We would ask that all surveys be completed and i

returned to the consultants at the end of the training program, or, if more '

i time is necessary, they may be returned to the school office by Wednesday, November 30, 1983.
