Dear Miss Flood:

~

Thank you again for agreeing to assist the County 0EP during natural and man-made disasters affecting Montgomery county. As we discussed, the information you provide nelps us coordinate transportation during any major emergency.

The information we collected was used to develop a file of transportation resources potentially available during declared emergencies within the County, and is already due for review.

Please review the attached " survey" to assure the information is Complete and correct for this year. If there are any changes, indicate them rignt on the " survey" and return them for correction of our files.

During the past two years the county has been involved in planning the response to possible emergencies at the Limerick Generating Station. An important part of this planned response is training for individuals or organizations who could be involved in such a response.

A ninety minute training program covering such emergencies is again being offered to those transportation companies that request it. The program is free of charge and can be scheduled at your convenience. Personally, we recommend this program because it provides in-depth orientation on response to a radiological emergency.

If you would like to schedule a training session or obtain more information, please call Bob Patterson at 215/495-7589.
