i NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF ADJUDICATORY EMPLOYEE In accord with the requirements of 10 C.F.R. 5 2.4, notice is hereby given that Mr. Darrel Nash, a Comission employee in the Office of Nuclear Reactcr Regulation, has been appointed as a Comission adjudicatory employee within the meaning of 9 2.4 to advise the Comission on issues in the above-captioned proceeding related to consideration under the National Environmental Policy Act of severe accident mitigation design alternatives.

Mr. Nash has not been engaged in the performance of any investigative or i

litigating function in connection with the Limerick facility or in any i

1 factually-related proceeding.
