NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF ADJUDICATORY EMPLOYEE' In accord with the requirements of 10 C.F.R. 5 2.4 notice is hereby given that Dr. Harold Vandermolen, a Comission employee in the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research, has been appointed as a Commission adjudicatory employee within the meaning of 9 2.4 to advise the Comission on issues in the above-captioned proceeding related to consideration under the National Environmental Policy Act of severe accident mitigation design alternatives.

Dr. Vandermolen has not been engaged in the performance of any investigative or litigating function in connection with the Limerick facility or in any factually-related proceeding.
