F. R. Dacimo letter to U.S. NRC transmitting Restart Plan Action Plan Revision 2, dated April 30,1998
_ The reference letter transmitted Revision 2 of the LaSalle County Restart Plan.' Revision 2 of the Plan was directed toward the restart of Unit 1. With Unit.1 successfully restarted and at full power operation, the Restart Plan has been revised to only address Unit 2 restart.
Highlights of Revision 3 include:
The Restart Strategy Action Plan activities associated with Unit 2 have been transferred to the Nuclear Tracking System (NTS). NTS will track implementation of necessary actions to support Unit 2.
The Unit 2 Restart issue Identification Criteria is the same as that used Unit 1 The Restart Issues Review Committee (RIRC) is retained to certify Unit 2 readiness for restart.
