Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 and 50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 Inspection Report 50-313/84-29 and 50-368/84-29 Gentlemen:
In response to your request for additional information (0CNA038501), our letter dated April 4, 1985 (0CAN048505) stated that AP&L had decided to delete or revise portions of the Conduit and Cable Tray drawings' Notes and Details. These changes were to provide clarification of requirements involving cable tray covers. We further stated that this would be accomplished by June 15, 1985. Subsequent to that letter, we received your correspondence of June 10, 1985 (DCNA068504) in which you noted the differences between the bases for the separation requirements of Appendix R and the bases for the separation requirements contained in our ANO-2 Safety Analysis Report. As a result of your letter and our desire to address other fire protection issues which are contained in the Notes and Details portion of the Conduit and Cable Tray drawings, additional review time to determine appropriate action is necessary. The Notes and Details modifications are now scheduled to be completed by October 1, 1985.
