Re: License R-88, Docket 50-188 Gentlefolk:
This is to acknowledge receipt of the Emergency Plan Evaluation Report for the Kansas State University Nuclear Reactor Facility, Docket No. 50-188, by letter of Cecil 0. Thomas on 13 August 1984.
The last paragraph on page 2 of the evaluation report is in error.
That paragraph states that the operations boundary for the facility is defined as " Ward Hall and any adjacent fenced areas." According to paragraph 1.1 of our Emergency Plan, the operations boundary encompasses the Reactor Facility, Room 110 of Ward Hall, and the site boundary encompasses Ward Hall and any adjacent fenced areas.
