We have initiated a nationwide search to locate a qualified

replacement. In the interim, we have established an operational procedure and have i fixed responsibilities to licensed individuals consistent with our NRC license to insure l the continued safe operation of the facility. We have a staff of three Senior Reactor ]

Operators (Mr. Timothy Etzel, Ms. Stephanie Sharp, and Mr. Daniel Tinkler). The i Special Nuclear Material License and the State Broadscope Radioactive Material /

License (User) that Mr. Ryan held have been transferred to Mr. Etzel. The roll of ' '

Facility Manager (Point of Contact) has been assigned to Professor J. Garth Thompson.

The position of Reactor Supervisor will be rotated among the three Senior Reactor Operators on a monthly basis with Ms. Sharp serving in July, Mr. Etzel serving in / > ' ';

August, and Mr. Tinkler serving in September. All of the above named individuals are qualified and trained to carry out the assigned duties to insure the safe and consistent operation of the facility according to our license and state and federal regulations.

When a suitable and qualified replacement is hired we will terminate the interim operation.
