AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-1 AMENDMENT NO. 11 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-1, between Kansas State University of Agriculture and Applied Science and the Atomic Energy Comission, dated June 18, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount

"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
