All items in this copy which are found in shaded boxes were stricken from the newest revision as advised by the KSU Reactor Safeguards Committee. Also enclosed is the memo I sent to our Facility Director outlining the modifications suggested bp the newest revision of the EPA's Protective Action Guides. These are the only changes made to our emergency plan.
