Waterford SES Unit No. 3 Docket No. 50-382 Significant Construction Deficiencies Nos. 37, 80, and 93 Extension Request In accordance with previous commitments, the Final Report for the listed Significant Construction Deficiencies were scheduled to be provided to the USNRC in early July 1984. Ilowever due to recent changes the Final Reports for the subject SCD's will be submitted to the USNRC, af ter Post Core llot Functional Testing, as indicated below.

SCD 37, " Temperature Detectors (RTD's) Failure" September 7, 1984.

SCD 80, " Unsatisfactory Stroking of EFW Pump Turbine Steam Supply Shutoff Valves" September 7. 1984.

SCD 93, " Charging and Letdown Containment Isolation Valve Deficiency" September 7, 1984.
