SUBJECT:

Waterford SES Unit No. 3 Docket No. 50-382 Significant Construction Deficiency No. 78 "American Bridge Structural Steel Deficiencies" Fourth Interim Report The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC on October 28, 1983.

At the present time, additional welds and bolted connections requiring rework have been identified. This additional work is scheduled to be completed by November 18, 1983.

A Final Report will be submitted to the USNRC on December 22, 1983.
