Dear Mr. Collins:

The above referenced letter indicated that a Final Report would be submitted to the USNRC by September 12, 1983.

At the present time, all corrective action has been completed and the supporting documentation is currently under review. A Final Report will therefore be submitted to the USNRC by October 11, 1983.
