This is to let you know that Mr. William H. Downs, Research Scientist I, at the Neely Nuclear RePearch Center, Georgia Institute of Technology has resigned his position effective June 30, 1994. As you know, Mr. Downs' SRO status has been on hold since 2/16/94. We have determined that it would be best to keep him away from reactor operation and we will not use him as a reactor operator or work on any aspect of reactor operation, maintenance or surveillance until he leaves Georgia Tech, June 30, 1994.
