Operating License No. DPR-50, Docket No. 50-289 Refueling Interval BR Once Through Steam Generator (OTSG) Tube inspection Report Technical Specification (TS) section 4.19.5.b requires that the complete results of each inservice inspection of OTSG tubes be reported to the NRC within 12 months following completion of the inspection.
GPUN performad oddy current examinations of the OTSG tubing during refueling interval BR and during the unscheduled shutdown designated 8U1. These examinations were completed during February and March 1990, respectively.
Attachment 1, " Report on the 1990 Eddy Current Examinations of the TMI-1 OTSG Tubing," fulfills the requirements of the above cited Technical Specification for the examinations identified above.
