Dear Mr. Collins:

The above referenced Interim Report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 37 committed to a Final Report by June 15, 1982.

This problem has been addressed by DCN-NY-IC-654. The manufacturer has given notice of a shipping date late in June 82 for replacement / repair of equipment.

LP&L respectfully requests an extension date for the submittal of the Final Report until August 6, 1982.
