Dear Mr. Collins:
The final reports for the subject Significant Construction Deficiencies and the Potential Reportable Incident will not be submitted as previously committed. The following information explains the status of each item:
SCD #40 - ITE Could Starter Coil Failure in Containment Cooling Fans Due to the limited amount of rework remaining to complete the corrective action, a final report will be submitted by June 15, 1982.
SCD #47 - General Electric AKR 30/50 Circuit Breakers Closing Spring Screw Due to the amount of work necessary to complete the corrective action, the final report will not be submitted until June 30, 1982.
PRI #52 - Reactor Coolant Pump Supports - A490 Bolts
- As the evaluation is complete and the report is being finalized, the final l report vill be submitted by June 7,1982.
