The nitrogen pressure slowly decreased to the point where the clapper valve opened and the deluge system activated. The fire protection deluge system was secured and the tanks were restored to the required levels. The fire protection deluge system was declared operable at 1840 on 3/10/82. The personnel involved in changing the bottle out have been instructed on the proper methods.
