Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
The final report on the subject item was due to be submitted by November 30, 1981. It was assumed that the required replacement material would be made available promptly by General Electric. This material has just now been received on site.
Another item that will impact the completion of corrective action is that much of the switchgear involved is energized and corrective action will require close coordination and cooperation with the LP&L Start-Up Group.
Based on the above, the submittal of the final report on Significant Construc-tion Deficiency No. 36 will be February 15, 1982.
