,9 Attachment to LER 83-014/03L Beaver Valley Power Station Duquesne Light Company Docket No. 50-334 On 4/9/83 during the performance of Safeguards Protection System Train "A" Test, OST 1.1.11, .LHSI Pump Suction Valve [M0V-SI-860A] thermal overload relay was found trippd. During an investigation of the surveillance requirements (T.S.4.5.2.b.3) associated with this valve and other ECCS testable valves which was conducted following discussions with the NRC Resident Inspector, Duquesne Light Company idratified that the RWST to LHSI Pump Suction Valves

[MOV-SI-862A & B] were not being stroked as required.
