Areas Inspected: Included review of licensee action on previous inspection findings; security plan; physical barriers (protected and vital areas); lighting; access control (identification; authorization and badging); access control (search); access control (escorting); access control (vital areas); and alarm stations.

- The inspection involved 42 inspector hours on site by one NRC inspector.

Fifteen inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the ten areas examined during the inspection except for the following two items: 1.

Physical Barriers (Vital Area) - Failure to follow commitments in the Security Plan for securing openings in Vital Area' barriers.

2.

Access control (identification, authorization and badging) - Failure to follow procedures for vehicle gate control.
