Included review of security organization and implementing security procedures, physical barriers and security hardware installation to assure the licensee's capability of meeting the performance requirements estab-lished by 10 CFR 73.55 and commitments set forth in the approved Security Plan.
The inspection involved 36 inspector hours on site by two NRC inspectors. Four inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.
Results: The licensee was found to be capable of meeting NRC requirements within the areas examined except the completion of the back-up power source for security systems. This requires completion prior to fuel loading.
