Dear Mr. Seidle:

On January 20, 1981 we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of a deficier.cy regarding the compressive strength of pipe support baseplate grouting material when subjected to elevated temperatures.

We have completed our investigation and have concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10 CFR 50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your Inspector's review at the CPSES site.

Very truly yours ,
