Attachment To LER 81-C6/03L Beaver Valley Power Station Duquesne Light Company Docket No. 50-334 To alleviate further heat tracing problems, the following actions will be taken:

1. Assign an individual to coordinate the identification and resolution of heat tracing circuit problems.
2. Identify and resolve alarm and control circuit problems associated with the Refueling Water Storage Tank and piping.
3. Monitor identified heat tracing circuits daily until confidence in the operation of the circuits is established.
4. Re-evaluate the type of heat tracing being used. .
5. Improve the procedures dealing with this type of equipment, including drawings and lists of circuits.
6. Verify and, if needed, reset alarm setpoints on circuits.

The assessment of these actions will be submitted in a follow-up report.
