From time to time, University of California campuses receive amendments to indemnity agreements for execution relative to changes in 10 CFR Part 140,

" Financial Protection Requirements and Indemnity Agreements."

In view of the fact that all amendments must be approved as to form by the Office of the General Counsel of the Regents and executed by the Secretary of the Regents, we would greatly appreciate your forwarding all amendments pertaining to E-15, E-16, E-53 and E-58 to the Office of Risk Manage. ment and Safety, Systemwide Administration, University of California, 2111 'an-craft Way, Room 502, Berkeley, California 94720 to assure prompt response.
