Please note that lines 4, 5, and 6 of page 8 should read as follows:
"Maxinum concentration at one particular period at stack discharge was 2.54 x 10pCi/ml. This concentration is 81% of the allowable maximum concentration for this facility of 3.12 x 10 'pCi/ml."

Line 10 of page 10 should read:

and line 19 of page 10 should read:
