Dear Mr. Seidle:

This supplements and clarifies our letter number TXX-3088, dated January 14, 1980, relative to a violation of piping minimum wall thickness previously reported to your office in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). The report attached to our letter was intended to be classified as an interim report, but we failed to make this clear within the text.

Additionally, we plan to submit progressive reports as welds within affected systems are dispositioned through the currently ongoing engineering review.

The first progressive report is scheduled for submission no later than March 31, 1980. The overall target date for completion of our evaluation and implementation of repairs or replacements, if any, is system turnover.

If we can provide any additional information, please advise.

Very truly yours,
