I hearby request personal access to any information including reports, memorandums, and depositions, filed at the recent public hearings in Cincinnati en the Zimmer nuclear power plant, by workerb (including sub-contracted work) of the plant relating to 9afety hezardS surrounding plant construction.
I request this 1.9 formation under SU.S.C. 552 et seq., The Freedom of Information Act..
Specifically documents and statethents filed by Ed ilofstadtler, former employee of Husky-Burndy Co.,
suppliers to Zimmer and Thomas rtin, a worker at the plant sight.
Also response's to charges from company officials at CC&E, owners of the plant.
If you agree to this request in whole or part, please forward copies of the requested items with a bill fo-copy and scarch fees, not to er.cced $20.
If the remaining items exceed the amount of
$20, plasse inform me of the ballance.
