Dear Mr. Keppler:

On Novmber 7,1983, the Cincinnati Gas and Electric Cmpany permanently laid off without exit interviews approximately 300 document review staff frcm the Zinmer station. The CG&E Course of Action specifically pranises exit interviews.

These exit interviews should be obtained for all these laid-off personnel, focused especially on any clocument review problems under Mr. Williams as project super-visor. These interviews should be made public.

We also want to know the implications of CG&E's lay-offs of these workers. Does this mean that the document review process since the shutdown is hereby negated?

If the review implemented since the shutdown is in fact invalidated, the work that was reviewed must be reinspected.

Quality control at Zimner must fran here on be dealt with openly and honestly.
