Dear Mr. Keppler,

Now that the Torry Pines management review of the Zimmer plant is complete, it is critical that the public be given the opportunity to review their recommendations and add their Comments.

Accordin8 1y, I would urge you to:

1) arrange a public meeting here in Cincinnati, ideally in Cincinnati City Council chambers, with advance notice adequate to inform interested citizens;

2) make the Torry Pines report available to the public well in advance of the public meeting so that citizens will have enough time to review it before making Comments.

I would appreciate your response to these requests as soon as possible.
