Dear Mr. Engelken:

In reference to your I&E Bulletin No. 80-09, we have determined that two of our suppliers make use of Hydramotor Actuators. These are:

1. Fisher Controls
2. Honeywell (subsupplier to Waldinger Corporation - HVAC)

We are in the process of determining if these actuators are used in safety-related systems on PVNGS and if corrective actions are required.

We request an additional 30 days to obtain the information to respond to the Bulletin.
