1 The Applicants own Units 1 and 2 as tenants in common, with PL owning an undivided ninety pe "cent (90%) interest and A"-
owning an undivided ten 'percent (10",.) interest therein.
PL will have absolute autnority and discretion for the manaqement, operation and maintenance of Susquehanna SES, and is authorized to act on AE's behalf in such ca'pacities, includinq the pursuit of required authoriza.ions, permits and licenses from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
In almost all circumstances AE will pay 10% of all operating costs o Susquehanna SES and will receive 105 of the capacity and enerqy of Susquehanna SES.
AE will pay for the operation and maintenance of, and will own a 100% inte est in Q2.3 miles of the Sunbury-Susquehanna Ho. 2 500 KV transmission line erec ed on right of way parcels 7 th ough 188, inclusive, and a on~third undivided interest in the right of way applicable to these parcels. PL will operate and maintain this line for the account of AE.
PL will have the complete and free use of this line so long as oither unit of Susquehanna SES is in commercial operation. PL shall provide to AE a transmission se vice or AE's Dower produced hy Susquehanna SES from Susquehanna SZS to PL's points of interconnection with other 'utili".ies with which AE has arranqements for the delivery of such power for A ca Class and Per'od of Licenses ADDlied fo" a nd Use to which Facil it ' ~ ill Be Put The Licenses hereby applied. fo" are Class 103 0oerating Licenses as de. ined by 10 CZR 50.22.
