The attachment to this letter is Pennsylvania Power & Light Company's response to the NRR Regulatory Effectiveness Review Report for Susquehanna SES.
Pennsylvania Power 6 Light has established a team to evaluate the appropriate scope for a planned major project to upgrade security. The scopa for this project is expected to address a number of the findings in the RER. I expect the scope of the project to be finalized and approved in November.
