PL will have absolute authority and discretion f or the
- anagement, operation and maintenance of Susquehanna SES, and is authorized to act on AE's behalf in such ca pacities, includino the cursuit of required authorizations, oernits and licenses fro: th e 'luclea r F.equla tory Cocaission.
In almost all circu: stances AE will pay 10 T, of a ll opera ting costs of Susquehanna SES and vill receive 10 % of the caoacity and energy of Susquehanna SES.
AE will pay for the operation and naintenance of, and will own a 100 % interest in 42.3 miles of the Sunbury-S usquehanna No. 2 500 K7 trans=ission line erected on righ t of way parcels 7 through 188, in clusi ve , and a on e-third undivided interest in the right of way applicable to the se pa rcels. PL will ooerate and maintain this line fcr the account of AE.
PL vill have the complete and free use of this line so long as either unit of Susquehanna SES is in commercial oceration. PL shall provide to AE a transsissica ss:vice for AE's cover produced by Suscuehanna SES from Suscuenanna SES i to PL's points of interconnection with other 'itilities ith which AE has arrange:ents for the delivery of such cover for 12.
