ML101870640 and ML101870644, respectively) regarding the licensee's application dated May 11, 2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML101390369), to install a digital neutron monitoring system and implement the average power range monitor/rod block monitor/technical specifications/maximum extended load line limit analysis at Columbia Generating Station.
