U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, 09B6 Rockville, Maryland The purpose of this pre-licensing conference call with Energy Northwest is to discuss the licensee's planned submittal of Emergency Action Level changes for Columbia Generating Station based on Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-01, Revision 5, "Methodology for Development of Emergency Action Levels."

This is a Category 1 meeting via conference call. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR).
