This letter is to inform you that effective November 3, 2024, Tony Nakanishi will be assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Chief for Plant Licensing Branch IV, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Tony Nakanishi will assume all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Jennivine Rankin regarding all Region IV Operating Reactors provided in the enclosure to this letter.
