SUMMARY

Unit operated normally at full power for the entire month until 09127/2004 when it started into planned coastdown.

SAFETY I RELIEF VALVE OPERATIONS Date Valves Actuated No. & Type Plant Condition Description of Event Actuation 9/2912004 IMS018A 1A PORV Normal 100% During scaffold construction in the area, Operation pressure transmitter IPT-MS041was bumped causing a momentary opening of the valve. Manual operator action closed the valve without consequences.
