SUMMARY

Unit operated normally until 11/18 when an inadvertent bump of level instrumentation caused the isolation of Heaters 15 16 and 17 and resulting in a 4,328 MWh derate (IR#274721). Following recovery, the Unit again operated normally for the remainder of the month.
