Unit operated normally except for three derate periods during the month. 1) 12/13 the C Low Pressure Heater string isolated due to level control instrumentation problems, derate 1457 MWh (IR 281958), 2) 12/22 Feedwater Pump swap following maintenance activities, derate 273 MWh,

3) 12/22 Low Pressure Heaters 12A, B, C level control instrumentation problems resulting in a ramp down, derate 576 MWh (IR 285029).
