SUMMARY

Unit operated normally In coastdown until 10/04/2004 when It was removed from service for a scheduled refueling outage (Al R1 1). On 10/24/2004 the Unit was returned to service. During power ascension, incore instrumentation problems caused a delay of approximately 33 hours3.819444e-4 days <br />0.00917 hours <br />5.456349e-5 weeks <br />1.25565e-5 months <br /> (IR#266631). The Unit reached full power on 10/28/2004 22:00 and operated normally for the remainder of the month.
