Braidwood Security Rule Exemption Request - ISFSI Docket No. Reference

By letter dated October 13, 2023 (ML23289A119), as supplemented on November 10, 2023 (ML23317A101), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) submitted a request for Braidwood Station (Braidwood), Units 1 and 2 (Docket Nos. STN 50-456 and STN 50-457), for an exemption from the compliance date of January 8, 2024, for the new security Rule, "Enhanced Weapons, Firearms Background Checks, and Security Event Notifications" (i.e., 88FR15864, dated March 14, 2023). This e-mail serves as a supplement to provide notification that the Braidwood Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Docket No. 72-73 should also have been referenced in support of the noted submittals.

Respectfully,
