Letter, A. E. Scherer (C-E) to L. C. Rouse (NRC) LD-88-061, dated July 26, 1988

Dear Mr. Rouse:

At the September 27, 1988 meeting we discussed Combustion Engineering's plan to revitalize the llematite, Missouri and Windsor, Connecticut nuclear fuel manufacturing facilities. At the end of this meeting we provided you with a copy of the non-proprietary portion of the presentation slides. Since this meeting, we have determined that the remainder of the presentation material is not proprietary. The enclosure to this letter, t herefore, includes a complete package for your reference. As a relr.ted matter, the enclosure to the reference letter provided similar information which was identified as proprietary. We are, by this letter, notifying you that we have determined that this material also, does not require proprietary treatment. You may, therefore, reflect this re-classification as appropriate on the reference letter and uso normal procedures for filing in the NRC public document room. 24%l Power Systems 10C0 Pronut Ha Road (203) 688 1911 Comtet on Eng neer ry inc Post 0"ce Bou 500 Te'ex 99297 WMsy.
