This enclosure included Report 0800760.401, Rev. 0 entitled "Flaw Evaluation and Vibration Assessment of Existing Monticello Steam Dryer Flaws for Extended Power Uprate." On December 18, 2008, Report 0800760.401, Rev. 0 was revised by the vendor, Structural Integrity Associates (SIA), to correct Reference 4 on Page 8-1 of the report. Reference 4 of the SIA report was changed from "Report No.

SIR-05-012" to "Report No. SIR-05-078."

Report No. 0800760.401, Rev.1 which contains the above revision is included in this letter as Enclosure 1.
