Pursuant to the requirements of NUREG 1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, Revision 12, Section ES 4.4 Grading and Written Examinations, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter NSPM), is providing the NRC with the required post-examination documentation. The post-examination documentation was developed as a result of the completion of the NSPM grading and reviews of the RO and SRO License written examinations completed on October 25, 2022 at the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant.
NSPM submits the following information as enclosures: original graded answer sheets, clean copies of answer sheets, the written examination seating chart, and exam item performance analysis.

L-MT-22-045 Page 2 NSPM acknowledges the NRC's Chief Examiner will retain the original graded written examinations, clean copies of each applicant's answer sheet, the master written examinations and answer keys.
Form ES 1.3-1 "Examination Security Agreement" is not fully completed at this time.
NSPM will submit the completed original forms in accordance with NU REG 1021, Section ES 4.4.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
